Nike+ Run Club - We Run Athens!

Last Wednesday Nike launched the most amazing thing in the whole world: the Nike+ Run Club. Needless to say I couldn't miss such an event, so I downloaded The Nike+ app, put on my Nike gear and headed downtown.

The meeting with the rest of the runners (a.k.a. people who love to run, journalists, beloved fellow bloggers) and the coaches took place at the new Nike store in Ermou Street.

We took a tour to the Nike+ app, did some stretching and started running in the streets of Athens. Now  that was trully AMAZING!

Running in the city is such an amazing experience, it completely changes the way you see the city and it's totally liberating. You should definitely try it at least once.

Here we are all smiles despite the exhaustion! The Nike+ Run Club team at the finishing point and after the little Yoga session that followed the run.

And now the good news. If you want to you can also become a part of the Nike+ Run Club! The running sessions take place every Monday and all you have to do is wear your sports clothes and meet the rest of the team at the Nike Store in Ermou str. But remember! You have to be there at 18:45.

So, from now on Mondays will be all about Running.  Will you join us?
